Cancellations and refunds

All meeting registration fees will be refunded up to January 17, 2025 with a $50 cancellation fee. Any cancellations after January 17, 2025 will NOT be refunded. There will be no exceptions. All cancellations will need to be made in writing via email at cme@uthscsa.edu.
