Room rate per night: $199 (plus applicable taxes and occupancy and preservation fees). The special rate applies to the dates of the meeting.

Reservation deadline: The cut-off date for reserving a room is January 1, 2025 or when rooms are no longer available, whichever comes first.

Attendees are responsible for all individual charges, room, taxes, occupancy and preservation fees, and incidentals at and/or during your stay at The DeSoto Savannah or any other hotel. Payment of charges is due and payable upon check-out. The Southern Epilepsy & EEG Society will not be responsible for any charges incurred.
