Membership
The SEEEG Society offers to its members valuable benefits and initiatives to enhance their education and bolster their professional careers. Listed below are some of the benefits offered by the SEEEG Society.
Clinical Education:
- Reduced rates on SEEEG annual scientific meeting.
Research:
- Collaborative research with other Epilepsy Centers.

Membership Criteria:
Membership in the SEEEG Society is open to persons working in or otherwise qualified on epilepsy and electroencephalography or closely related fields who hold any of the following degrees: M.D., Ph.D., or equivalent qualifications as approved by the Board of Directors.
For active practicing persons (M.D., Ph.D.) in the field of Neurology, Neurosurgery, Psychiatry, research. Other closely related fields and degrees will also be considered.
Annual Membership Fee $50
Senior members:
This category has been reserved for those individuals who have been members of the Society at least 25 years. Senior members are given lifetime membership without dues.
Honorary:
For those who are recognized nationally or internationally for their outstanding educational, research and clinical contributions to epilepsy and EEG. Honorary members are proposed by voting members in good standing and approved by the Board of Directors.
Sustaining Associate
A corporation or organization may have an interest in EEG and epilepsy and wish to contribute financially or otherwise to the society.

To apply for membership to the SEEEG Society you should complete a membership application form which can be downloaded from this web site. Please fill the application and send it to cme@uthscsa.edu and cc the society president.
